Across Pakistan’s industrial communities, thousands of factory workers and their families struggle with limited access to quality education. While parents work tirelessly to build our communities, their children often grow up with fewer opportunities to learn, dream, and build a better future.
At Healing Hands And Learning Foundation (THHLF), we believe that every child deserves an education, regardless of their family’s income or circumstances. Through our educational initiatives, in collaboration with institutions such as Superior College Manga Campus and our other educational campuses, we work to provide children of factory workers with access to learning, skills, guidance, and opportunities that can transform their lives.

Our Journey
Our journey began with a simple belief: every individual deserves access to quality education, practical skills, and holistic rehabilitation to build a dignified future. At The Healing Hands & Learning Foundation (THHLF), we focus on transforming underserved communities through a dual commitment—combining accessible academic and vocational training with dedicated rehabilitation services.
Our impact extends far beyond classrooms and care centers. Graduates from our programs have progressed to higher education, skilled employment, and sustainable career paths. Their achievements prove that when practical education and rehabilitation go hand in hand, they transform not only individual lives, but entire families and communities.
Over the past three years, our education initiatives across campuses such as Superior College Manga Campus and our affiliate network have dramatically expanded opportunities for children from factory-worker families and marginalized backgrounds. What began with 200+ students in 2022 grew to 600+ in 2023, reaching an extraordinary milestone of over 4,800 students trained in 2025. Beyond education, THHLF’s rehabilitation efforts provide essential social, emotional, and physical support, ensuring that vulnerable individuals receive the comprehensive care needed to heal, recover, and rebuild their lives.
Today, our journey continues across Punjab with a growing vision to reach even more lives. With the support of educators, healthcare professionals, community leaders, partners, and donors, THHLF remains committed to restoring hope, empowering minds, and creating a future where every child and youth has the opportunity to learn, heal, and thrive.

Millions of children across Pakistan are deprived of quality education because poverty, family circumstances, and limited opportunities stand between them and their dreams.
Children of factory workers and low-income families often grow up without the resources they need to afford school fees, books, uniforms, transportation, and other essential learning needs.
Many talented young people remain without meaningful opportunities because they lack access to practical skills, career guidance, and quality vocational education.
Poverty can become a cycle passed from one generation to the next, limiting children’s choices and forcing many to enter work at an early age instead of pursuing education and their dreams.
