Users should review the relevant third-party privacy policies and terms before submitting personal or payment information.

THHLF takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no internet transmission, electronic database, website, or online payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. THHLF therefore cannot guarantee absolute protection against every possible cybersecurity incident, unauthorized access, technical failure, or security breach.
17. Data Retention
THHLF may retain personal and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary for donation administration, financial accounting, auditing, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, regulatory requirements, program administration, organizational record keeping, and legitimate charitable operations. When information is no longer reasonably required, THHLF may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable retention requirements.

THHLF may require reasonable identity verification before processing a privacy request.
19. Nature of Donations
A donation to THHLF is a voluntary charitable contribution intended to support the Foundation’s nonprofit mission. A donation is not a purchase of goods or services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Donations may support child education, educational access, learning resources, youth development, rehabilitation, community development, humanitarian assistance, educational infrastructure, awareness programs, welfare initiatives, and other legitimate charitable activities.
20. Donor Responsibility
Before making a donation, donors are responsible for verifying:
- Their identity
- Their authority to use the selected payment method
- Their payment information
- The donation amount
- Their contact information
- The transaction details
Donors should carefully review all information before confirming payment.
21. Donor Authorization
By completing a donation, the donor confirms that:
- They are authorized to use the selected payment method
- They have intentionally authorized the transaction
- They have reviewed the donation amount
- The information provided is accurate
- They understand that the payment is a charitable contribution
- They understand that THHLF may use or commit the donation for charitable activities
- They have read and accepted this Policy
22. Strict No-Voluntary-Refund Policy
ALL ACCEPTED DONATIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS.
THHLF will not voluntarily return, refund, reverse, or repay any amount of an accepted donation, except where a refund, reversal, or other remedy is legally required.
This policy applies regardless of whether a donor subsequently claims that the donation was made by mistake, the wrong amount was entered, the payment was duplicated or accidental, the donor changed their mind, the donor no longer wishes to support THHLF, the donor disagrees with a particular program, the payment was made without knowledge, the payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, or any other reason for which THHLF is not legally required to issue a refund or reversal.
No voluntary refund will be provided for an accepted donation.
23. Mistaken or Accidental Payments
Donors are responsible for checking the donation amount and payment details before submitting a transaction. A mistaken or accidental payment does not automatically create a right to a refund.
THHLF will not voluntarily refund an accepted donation merely because the donor subsequently claims that the payment was accidental or mistaken.
If you believe a payment has been made incorrectly, please contact THHLF for verification and review. Contacting THHLF does not itself create an entitlement to a refund.
24. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments
THHLF takes fraudulent and unauthorized payment activity seriously. No person may use another person’s bank account, credit card, debit card, electronic wallet, payment account, or other payment instrument without proper authorization.
If a payment appears to have been made using a fraudulent, stolen, unauthorized, or improperly used payment method, THHLF may investigate the transaction and cooperate with banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, payment processors, card networks, regulators, and law-enforcement agencies.
A claim that a donation was fraudulent, unauthorized, accidental, or made without knowledge does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a voluntary refund from THHLF. THHLF may investigate and require appropriate information or documentation before taking any action.
25. False or Abusive Fraud Claims
No person should falsely claim that a legitimate donation was fraudulent, unauthorized, accidental, or improperly processed for the purpose of recovering a charitable contribution. Where THHLF reasonably believes a claim is false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or dishonest, THHLF may investigate and take appropriate lawful action, including requesting supporting documentation, providing transaction evidence, contesting a payment dispute, reporting suspected fraudulent activity, and pursuing available legal remedies.
26. Chargeback Policy
26.1 Legitimate Donations
THHLF does not voluntarily accept chargebacks against legitimate accepted donations. If a donor initiates a chargeback relating to a legitimate donation, THHLF reserves the right to challenge and contest the chargeback through the applicable payment provider, bank, card network, or financial institution.
26.2 Chargeback Evidence
Where appropriate, THHLF may provide relevant evidence including donation records, transaction records, payment confirmation, donor information, donor verification records, website records, acceptance of applicable Terms, communications, and transaction/reference numbers.
26.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks
If THHLF reasonably believes that a chargeback is fraudulent, false, misleading, abusive, or intended to improperly recover a legitimate charitable contribution, THHLF reserves the right to take lawful action to protect the Foundation and its charitable funds.
27. No Refund for Donations Used or Committed for Welfare
THHLF continuously conducts charitable activities for children, young people, students, families, and underserved communities. Donations may be used or committed shortly after receipt for legitimate charitable purposes. Because charitable activities are continuously carried out, donations may be used or committed without delay.
THHLF does not hold accepted donations in reserve for future refund requests.
28. Designated Donations
Where a donation is designated for a particular program or campaign, THHLF will make reasonable efforts to use the donation consistently with that designation. If the designated program has been completed, suspended, cancelled, has received sufficient funding, is no longer operational, or cannot reasonably proceed, THHLF may, where legally permitted, use the funds for another substantially similar charitable purpose consistent with the Foundation’s mission.
29. Unrestricted Donations
Unless THHLF expressly confirms that a donation has been restricted to a specific purpose, the Foundation may determine how unrestricted donations can most effectively support its charitable mission, including education, child welfare, youth development, rehabilitation, community welfare, infrastructure, program administration, and other legitimate nonprofit purposes.
30. Donation Receipts and Records
Where applicable, THHLF may issue donation acknowledgements, receipts, confirmations, or transaction records. Donors should retain their payment confirmation and transaction/reference number. THHLF may retain donation records for accounting, auditing, financial reporting, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, regulatory purposes, and organizational record keeping.

THHLF reserves the right to correct, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content, campaigns, programs, or services where reasonably necessary.
33. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, THHLF owns or has permission to use content appearing on its website, including logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, reports, publications, campaign materials, educational materials, designs, and other original content. Such materials may not be reproduced, copied, sold, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
34. Third-Party Services
THHLF may use third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, cloud services, communication, social media, and other technical services. THHLF is not responsible for independent third-party systems or policies beyond its reasonable control.
35. Website Availability
THHLF makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access. The website may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, technical failures, internet interruptions, payment-provider interruptions, cybersecurity incidents, power failures, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond THHLF’s reasonable control.
36. No Guarantee of Specific Charitable Outcome
Donations support THHLF’s charitable mission and do not guarantee a specific beneficiary outcome, completion of a specific project, a particular delivery date, a specific individual benefit, or any particular charitable result. Charitable activities may be affected by funding availability, operational circumstances, government requirements, beneficiary eligibility, emergencies, resource availability, and other circumstances.
37. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THHLF shall not be responsible for losses arising from third-party payment failures, banking interruptions, internet outages, website downtime, third-party service failures, technical failures beyond reasonable control, unauthorized activity despite reasonable security measures, or events beyond THHLF’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
38. Events Beyond Our Control
THHLF shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, war, civil disturbance, telecommunications failures, internet failures, banking-system failures, payment-provider failures, power outages, cybersecurity incidents, and other unforeseen circumstances.
39. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a person who knowingly uses the THHLF website or donation facilities unlawfully, fraudulently, maliciously, or abusively may be responsible for losses, costs, claims, or expenses arising from that unlawful or abusive conduct. This provision does not apply to a person exercising lawful rights or raising a genuine dispute in good faith.
40. No Commercial or Ownership Interest
Making a donation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, joint venture, investment relationship, ownership interest, or other commercial relationship between the donor and THHLF. A donor does not obtain ownership or control over THHLF or its assets by making a donation.

This allows THHLF to verify the transaction, review the circumstances, confirm payment information, investigate the concern, and provide appropriate clarification.
43. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing THHLF and its activities. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be referred to the appropriate court, regulator, authority, or legally recognized dispute-resolution mechanism having jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
44. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
45. Waiver
Failure by THHLF to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of the Foundation’s right to enforce that provision in the future.
